Delete your Thought account

What gets deleted

Your profile, username and sign-in email
Your journals, journal entries and journal photos
Your saved poems and collections
Your trophies, streaks and mood selections
Your reminder settings and notification tokens

Like counts on poems are kept only as anonymous totals and are no longer connected to you. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

1. Sign in

Use the same email and password you use in the Thought app.

2. Confirm deletion

Signed in as .

This permanently erases your profile, journal entries and photos, saved poems, trophies and streak. This can't be undone.

Type DELETE to confirm

Your account has been deleted

Your Thought account and its data have been permanently removed. You can uninstall the app from your phone.

Thank you for making space for reflection with us.

Can't sign in?

Email thethoughtapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Thought account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you still have the app, you can also delete your account from its settings.
